At Unfected, each product is made-to-order to ensure sustainability and minimize waste. Because of this custom approach, we do not offer refunds or returns. Once an order is placed, we begin production, and returns are not eligible for resale. Any returned item will be donated to charity.
Custom Production & Sizing
Each item you purchase is crafted specifically for you. To help you select the correct size, we provide a size guide for every product. We strongly encourage you to consult this guide before making a purchase to ensure the right fit.
Why No Refunds?
Our made-to-order process is aligned with our sustainability mission. This reduces waste, as we only produce what is ordered, and it helps lower our environmental footprint. Shipping also leaves a carbon footprint, so by minimizing unnecessary returns and exchanges, we aim to lessen our impact on the environment.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives broken or with a production error, such as stitching mistakes or printing flaws, please contact us immediately at connect[at]unfected.com. We will gladly replace the item with the same design at no extra cost. However, this only applies to items that were damaged during delivery or have a manufacturing defect. Please provide clear photos of the issue, and we will work quickly to resolve it.
Shipping and Returns
For returning defective items, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may want to use a trackable shipping service for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item.
